Dear Customers and Partners,

The COVID-19 situation has evolved further and we are dealing with a significant global challenge. With COVID-19 affecting people and communities around the world, we are all focussed on how to best protect everyone in the face of the unfolding crisis. On behalf of Inspirria Cloudtech employees, I want to let you know that our thoughts are with those who are affected. Our priority is the health and safety of our employees and those we do business with around the globe. We have business continuity plans in place and do not currently foresee any impact on our ability to continue to deliver on our promise of uninterrupted support for your Oracle NetSuite systems.

Our Employee Guidance & Support Continuity

On March 16, 2020, we announced 50% of our employees work remotely and curtail employee travel. Post March 20, 2020 we implemented the local government guidance and moved our complete employee strength to work from home.

  • Our employees are conducting all business remotely from their home, all our physical offices are currently closed.
  • Our employees have been provided with the right tools and technology they need to continue to stay as productive and connected as possible.
  • Our Professional services employees are working with our global clients supporting the Oracle NetSuite implementation or support engagements.
  • Our SuiteApp teams are supporting the global deployments and continue to offer the support services.

Customer and Partner Continuity

We are fully prepared to serve our global customers and partners, regardless of where the work is taking place. Our Business Continuity Plans have all been vetted and should global conditions worsen, we are confident to minimize impacts to customers and partners. We are currently on track with our existing & new SuiteApp product roadmap and committed to delivery of our existing Oracle NetSuite implementations. Our Global Sales team working remotely are also available to meet any of your urgent business requirements in this unprecedented times of our life.

Nobody knows for sure how this health crisis will play out. We encourage everyone to follow local guidelines to protect yourselves and your communities. As the situation continues to evolve, we will keep you updated on how we plan to manage and minimize the potential impacts of the COVID-19 outbreak on the products and/or services we provide for your business. All we can assure you is that we are working tirelessly to help everyone stay safe while at the same time continuing to serve you.
