We seek a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales as we attack this greenfield opportunity with our market-leading Cloud Solutions.
The Sales Manager in the Cloud Enterprise Application Division will report directly to the Management & work on our partnership with SalesForce. This position requires a dynamic and experienced candidate who can contribute from initial prospect contact through the entire sales life cycle in order to secure new strategic and affinity partnerships with key industry associations in order to fuel company-wide lead generation for Inspirria Cloudtech. This person will also work closely with a team of pre-sales, marketing & customer care professionals to ensure a high level of quality service to our customers. This position also includes hands-on management of a marketing research team focused on strategic lead generation and highly visible marketing campaigns. This position may involve travel to our clients across India.

Position Duties

  • Directly contribute to achieve and surpass individual and department revenue goals of the organisation
  • Identify, innovate and execute business ideas to improve division goals and targets
  • Initiate, manage, take ownership of strategic dialogues with other teams, including Marketing, Technology, Client Services, among others
  • Drive Inspirria Cloudtech Marketing team to identify new potential affinity partners and formulate strategies to penetrate them
  • Develop and implement strategic goals and tactical planning for sales organization
  • Ensure relationships with key decision-makers for accounts that will provide new business are continuously developed and relationships are strengthened and grown
  • Oversee and manage the company’s industry relations with key industry associations
  • Solicit customer feedback to inform product management team
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Candidate Requirements

  • Sales experience in SalesForce license selling across markets would be preferred or CRM sales experience would be a must.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to integrate knowledge across disciplines to include consultative selling, product demonstrations, closing contracts, operation/process flow, and product function
  • Direct, previous track record of consistently achieving or beating quota for individual sales performance
  • Comfortable using web collaboration tools like WebEx/Go to Meeting
  • Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
  • Develops plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
  • Creates a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
  • Manages the use of budgets.
  • Has worked in a high-value B2B complex sales environment
  • Manages customer expectations and contributes to a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Defines sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identifies improvements where and when required.
  • Compiles information and data related to customer and prospect interactions.
  • Monitors customer, market and competitor activity and provides feedback to company leadership team.
  • Works closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs.
  • Manages key customer relationships and participates in closing strategic opportunities.
  • Travels for in-person meetings with customers and employees as necessary.
  • Masters and enforces Inspirria Cloudtech’s Sales Policy guidelines

Qualification: 
Related Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
Experience: 
5-10 years of relevant sales experience in CRM software industry
