Implementation Lead-ServiceNow

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and Implement ServiceNow products
• Experienced in IT Service Management with ServiceNow
• Experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Asset Management, Service Catalogue, Knowledge Management, Express
• IT Operations Management with experience in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, Cloud Management, Configuration Management Database
• IT Business Management – managing PPM, Demand Management, Resource Management, Application Portfolio Management, Financial Management, Performance Analytics
• Leading Application Development using ServiceNow platform, Service Portal Designer, Studio, Delegated Development, Workflow, Store.
• Managing and driving Security through Service Operations, Governance, Risk and Compliance through ServiceNow.
• Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, Knowledge Management
• ServiceNow with a minimum of 4.5 to 7 years of experience who can provide solution strategy and coordinate a working framework to work as SME and Service Delivery to apply strong solution design experience, business expertise, and commercial acumen to develop leading solutions.
• Must have in-depth experience with the ServiceNow architecture, including best practice design and implementation
• ServiceNow performance tuning skills, in-depth knowledge in Server configuration and inputs for eliminating Service Outages.
• Extensive experience in implementation and planning of ITSM solutions
• Lead discovery workshops, which includes the facilitation of large audiences, solution presentations, and prototype setup and demonstrations.
• Responsible for identification and list of customer process pain points and gaps with respect to best practices.
• Develops end to end plans and adept at implementation.
• Understands the depth of an application to analyze issues & integration to 3rd party solutions
• Can interpret technical and business strategy roadmaps and apply a detailed technical solution.
• Has hands on experience in several mid-size & large implementations, migration and support.
• Plan, manage and communicate the progress of the project, achieving project milestones and maintaining momentum of the project
• Facilitate resolution of issues and roadblocks
• Provide pre-sales support for closure of deals
• Strive for devising and implementation of best practices across deliveries
• Managing projects within Timelines & Budgets
• Adept at project monitoring, control and Risk Management.
• Contributing towards organizational best practices
• Team Building, Training and Mentoring skills required.

Qualifications

• B.E in Computer Science or MCA
• Relevant ServiceNow Certfication
• 4 to 7 years of experienced candidate who can provide solution strategy and coordinate a working framework on ServiceNow
• Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to articulate technology and business value to both technical and non-technical users
• Should have experience of a lead role with project management, including experience developing work-breakdown structures and project plans preferably using Microsoft Projects.

Travel:

Around 20% to 30% travel expected.
