Implementation Lead- SalesForce

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work as a SFDC platform expert and provide solutions
• Working with clients and key stakeholders for developing and managing implementation plans
• Strong understanding of Salesforce’s capabilities and limitations, works towards client expectations settings.
• Lead discovery workshops, which includes the facilitation of large audiences, solution presentations, and prototype demonstrations.
• Responsible for identification and list of customer process pain points and gaps with respect to best practices.
• Perform rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information into technical process components.
• Perform business process modelling, User experience modeling and basic technical architecture diagramming.
• Develops end to end plans including unit test and regression tests.
• Understands the depth of an application to analyze issues & bugs and to estimate new features and improvements
• Can interpret technical and business strategy roadmaps and apply a detailed technical solution.
• Comfortable building and demonstrating prototypes in Salesforce.
• Comfortable with heavy involvement in user acceptance test planning.
• Has hands on experience in several mid-size, global implementations using Salesforce.
• Plan, manage and communicate the progress of the project, achieving project milestones and maintaining momentum of the project
• Facilitate resolution of issues and roadblocks
• Provide pre-sales support for closure of deals
• Strive for devising and implementation of best practices across deliveries
• Managing projects within Timelines & Budgets
• Adept at project monitoring, control and Risk Management.
• Contributing towards organizational best practices

Qualifications :

• Certified Salesforce Consultant
• Should have proven experience in at least 2 to 3 end to end salesforce implementations
• Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
• At least 4 to 6 years’ experience in systems applications consulting, either internally via an IT organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider.
• Solid communication skills and ability to articulate technology and business value to both technical and non-technical users
• Must have CRM software implementation experience.
• Should have experience of a lead role with project management, including experience developing work-breakdown structures and project plans preferably using Microsoft Projects.


Around 40% travel expected.
