Implementation Lead-G-Suite

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expertise in G-Suite productivity suite.
• Certified G-Suite Administrator / Specialist
• Excellent experience working with Gmail, Forms, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Hangouts, Google+ etc.
• Working with clients and key stakeholders for developing and managing implementation, staged rollouts and transitioning.
• Strong understanding of G-Suite capabilities and limitations, works towards client expectations settings.
• Lead discovery workshops, which includes the facilitation of large audiences, solution presentations, and prototype setup and demonstrations.
• Responsible for identification and list of customer process pain points and gaps with respect to best practices.
• Develops end to end plans and adept at implementation.
• Understands the depth of an application to analyze issues & integration to 3rd party solutions
• Can interpret technical and business strategy roadmaps and apply a detailed technical solution.
• Has hands on experience in several mid-size & large enterprise implementations & migration using G-Suite suite.
• Plan, manage and communicate the progress of the project, achieving project milestones and maintaining momentum of the project
• Enable smooth transition for customers through Change Management Workshops and Trainings
• Facilitate resolution of issues and roadblocks
• Provide pre-sales support for closure of deals
• Strive for devising and implementation of best practices across deliveries
• Managing projects within Timelines & Budgets
• Adept at project monitoring, control and Risk Management.
• Contributing towards organizational best practices
• Diagnose and resolve complex customer problems for G Suite.
• Possess an in-depth understanding of Google's product technology, architecture and implementation
• Guide and perform design and implementation of new support, productivity and investigation tools to increase efficiency for the technical support and implementation.
• Preferred Hands-on experience implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting Internet-based applications, web servers, and mail servers.
• Preferred experience with identity management or directory services with strong network administration and troubleshooting skills, an understanding of Linux/Unix system administration and a strong understanding of Web and Mail-related standards, such as HTTP, HTML, XML, cookie-based SSO and SMTP.
• Outstanding troubleshooting, follow through and problem solving skills, along with resourcefulness, attention to detail, an ability to keep pace with rapid changes in enterprise products


• B.E in Computer Science or MCA
• Certified G-Suite Consultant
• Should have proven experience in at least 8 to 10 end to end G-Suite implementations, rollouts and enterprise migrations
• Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
• At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in systems applications consulting, Productivity Suites.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to articulate technology and business value to both technical and non-technical users
• Should have experience of a lead role with project management, including experience developing work-breakdown structures and project plans preferably using Microsoft Projects.


Around 40% travel expected.
