Currently G-Suite allows users to use the Hangouts Meet iOS app without installing Google’s MDM Device Policy. However, with new update users will be required to install device policy application for leveraging Hangouts Meet and accessing Gmail, Calendar, and other Google apps on their iOS devices. For users in domains with basic mobile device management, the device policy profile will be managed automatically on their iOS devices when they sign in to Hangouts Meet.Latest G Suite updates will enable organizations to accelerate the process of improving workflow and collecting customer insights, so that they can provide best customer service while ensuring improved data protection.
